The contact form on this Website collects your name, email address, project type (optional) and the message you choose to send. If you write directly to work@enzomelero.com or get in touch over WhatsApp, the data you voluntarily share in that conversation is processed instead.

Data is processed solely to respond to enquiries, quote requests or collaboration proposals received through the Website or the contact channels listed on it.

The legal basis for processing is the user’s consent, given explicitly by ticking the relevant checkbox before submitting the form, or by voluntarily starting a conversation by email or WhatsApp.

Data is kept for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and, where applicable, to manage the professional relationship that follows from it, without exceeding the legally applicable limitation periods. You may request its deletion at any time.

5. Recipients and processors

Contact-form data is not shared with third parties for commercial purposes. The following providers support the Website technically and act as data processors under contract:

· Resend Inc. (United States), used solely to deliver the contact-form message by email.

· Cloudflare, Inc. (United States), which hosts the Website.

Both providers may involve an international transfer of data outside the European Economic Area, carried out under the safeguards required by the GDPR (in particular, standard contractual clauses).

6. Web analytics (Google Analytics)

If you accept analytics cookies in the panel shown when you enter the Website, browsing data (pages visited, time spent, device type, approximate geographic location) is processed through Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC.
